family-friendly hotel in a lovely area very close to the restaurants and charming cafeterias & bars, lake and sirimione, and the promenade. enthusiastic staff throughout. brand-new room with good bathroom and exceptionally comfortable beds. a great selection of facilities like: a balcony and a sofa. early check-in, late check-out.

Really like the 1 bed apartment and cooking facilities and really nice balcony. Location was lovely with tree filtered views of the lake. the kids liked the swimming pool and it had all basic facilities

I thought I would be staying at a nicer hotel for the money rather than a caravan park, this was not obvious from the booking description(probably me being unrealistic about what 100E a night can get you in July). So I felt a little decieved by the photos on the Booked.net website. However the apartment was in a nice location within the caravan park and the staff were very nice.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were knowledgeable of the Sirmione area, so finding good restaurants, stores, swimming spots (other than the nice pool right outside our room), etc..., was easy.

We loved the location of the hotel, it was just beside the amazing lake. The cleanliness was remarkable and the hotel facilities were great. Parking was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed going to the nearby villages for treats.

A delight overnight accomation suited to our needs. Rooms very well appointed and comfortable. The swimming pool was lovely and quiet.

We arrived very late due to airport delay and it was dark so information was rushed and we we did not get the offer of the airconditioning control which would have been lovely.

Good and "quit" place for families, nice location for "basecamp" at least if you have a car. In 15-30 minutes you can reach ie. Gardaland, The Castle of Sirmione or large shopping center. Lot of restaurants within walking distance and of course the lake Garda just behind. Lot's of families with children and ok swinmming pool area. Little bit like own community. The apartment was very good for the price.

If you are looging for fancy night life (and clubs) that's maybe not the place for you. (not really a negative comment)

The small bungalows / apartments are very close to the lake and the area between the nice cosy houses and the lake is a paradise full of nice birds that will gently wake you in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay here - friendly lady at the reception, a clean and comfortable house, a nice big balcony and the nearness of Sirmione and it's lively city center.

The hotel is comfortable, clean and value for money, but don't expect a luxury place to stay.

We were in Sirmione for 5 days, had very good stay, the hotel was fairly clean with amazing and beautiful location to all the attractions by car.

Clean hotel, fine rooms, good location on firmer sand. Variety of great options for meal. Location so close to the centre, the lake Garda and the restaurants and Sermione old city. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Farm Lavelli Pietro Pilandro...

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was perfect as it was extremely close to the beautiful Lake Garda. Being able to walk right to the beach was a huge plus. Second, the staff were very attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome. The service provided was excellent, with great attention to detail. Finally, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a balcony overlooking the garden. I also appreciated the value for money, with prices being reasonable for the quality of the hotel.

All was fine, nothing to complain about.

This is a place that I would like to recommend to everybody. Staff are very very polite and the place is great. My family and I had a great time. Love it.
